To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Seeds that have been opened, used, planted, or damaged due to improper storage are not eligible for return.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your package.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the error was ours.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
